Al Franken Makes SCIA Appearance

Finally, some real star power! Sen. Al Franken, Democrat of Minnesota, attended today's Senate Indian Affairs Committee hearing on gang activity in Indian Country. It was his first appearance as a member of the panel. "I'm honored to join the Indian Affairs Committee," Franken said.
