printer friendly
The Muckleshoot Tribe of Washington is seeking to develop the first inter-tribal casino in Las Vegas, KPVI-TV reports.

The tribe wants to buy 70 acres on the southern end of the strip. The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of Idaho have already signed on to the project.

"It would be huge, even for Nevada standards," said Angelica Wellman, the tribe's assistant chief executive officer, told The Seattle Times. "We would be breaking new ground."
