"You're fired!
No, Donald Trump isn't in the house. This is the latest dictum from Three Affiliated Tribes Chairman Tex Hall to tribal employees who dare talk to the press.
In a recent memo to employees of the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation, Hall forbade any disclosure to the press - any type of news and all types of media - about tribal matters unless it's passed through his public relations office first.
He said he didn't want any news given to reporters that might put the tribes in a bad light. If they disobey, employees should expect disciplinary action or termination. And if you're a reporter asking the wrong questions, don't expect any return phone calls from the tribes' press office."
