Carl Artman to appear on Native America Calling

Carl Artman, the new assistant secretary for Indian affairs, will appear on Native America Calling today.

Artman is a member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin. He was confirmed to head the Bureau of Indian Affairs last month.
