Stillaguamish smoke shop still selling cigarettes
Friday, June 29, 2007

A smoke shop on the Stillaguamish Reservation in Washington is still in business despite a federal raid last month.

The Blue Stilly Smoke Shop restocked its cigarette supply after the May 15 raid. Federal agents were looking into sales of untaxed tobacco products on three reservations.

The business is owned by tribal members and is not operated by the tribe.
