Indian Affairs Committee hearing on energy

The
Senate Indian Affairs Committee is holding an oversight hearing this Thursday on energy development in Indian Country.
The focus of the hearing will be on tribal control of their resources. The
Energy Policy Act of 2005 contained
provisions aimed at increasing development in Indian Country.
The hearing takes place at 9:30am in Room 562 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building. A witness list hasn't been made public yet.
