Update: At around 10:30am, the subcommittee went into recess for a vote on the House floor that is expected to take around 40 minutes. Chairman Jandreau testified before the recess.
The
House Natural Resources Committee, Subcommittee on Water and Power, is holding a hearing this morning on
H.R.155,
the Lower Brule and Crow Creek Tribal Compensation Act.
The hearing starts at 10am and will be broadcast online (audio only). The witness list follows:
