Indian enrollment drops drastically in Nevada

American Indian and Alaska Native enrollment at the Nevada's two universities has dropped dramatically.

At the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Indian enrollment dropped by 50 percent. The Reno university also saw a drop in minority students.

The decline is tied to a tightening of admission standards in 2006.
