Arapaho man denied time to deliver votes at DNC

Wyoming Rep. Patrick Goggles, a member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe, wasn't able to deliver his state's roll call votes at the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday.

Goggles, who was dressed in traditional clothes, was doing to deliver the votes in the Arapaho language. But Wyoming -- along with every other state in the alphabet after New York -- was denied the time because the roll call was suspended by Sen. Hilary Clinton, who released her delegates to Sen. Barack Obama.

"We were very proud to have Wyoming mentioned. To have that taken away at the last minute clearly was disappointing," Goggles told The Denver Rocky Mountain News.

Wyoming has 12 delegates. Half were for Clinton and the other were for Obama.
