A rebel group in Colombia said it "executed" eight members of the Awa Trbe, accusing them of being informants for the military..

The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia posted a statement on ANNCOL that said the eight people were killed on February 6. FARC claims it is not "against" indigenous people but the attack drew condemnation from the government and human rights groups.
