With the help of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation of North Dakota is developing a broadcasting system.

The tribe completed the first phase of the system and will broadcast council meetings throughout the reservation. A test run takes place tomorrow in preparation for the regular council meeting on Thursday.
