Witness list for Senate hearing on Indian energy

The Senate Indian Affairs Committee holds an oversight hearing on Indian energy and energy efficiency on Thursday.

Sen. Byron Dorgan (D-North Dakota), the chairman, and Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wyoming), the vice chairman, released a concept paper last month in anticipation of Indian energy legislation. The primary goals are to help tribes develop their resources and to promote energy efficiency in Indian Country.

The hearing takes place after a business committee meeting at 2:15pm. The witness list follows:
