White House ceremony for Tribal Law and Order Act this afternoon

President Barack Obama will sign the Tribal Law and Order Act at the White House this afternoon.

Tribal leaders, advocates for Native women and sponsors of the bill are expected at the ceremony. It's the first time Obama has held a signing for a stand-alone piece of Indian legislation.
