Kickapoo Tribe down to last drop of water

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved a $186,000 emergency grant
to help the Kickapoo Tribe of Kansas deal with a severe water shortage.
The tribe's sole water source, the Delaware River, has slowed to a trickle
The grant will enable the tribe to haul water from a nearby town.
The tribe has imposed strict water restrictions on the reservation.
The casino is still open, which does not draw that much water.
