Climbing group sues over ban at sacred site

A climbing group called The Access Fund has sued the U.S. Forest Service over the agency's ban of climbing at Cave Rock in Nevada, a sacred site.
The Washoe Tribe believes it is sacrilegious to climb the rock and that only medicine men should visit it. The Forest Service agreed, and approved a management plan banning future climbing there.
The Access Fund says it doesn't oppose the Washoe Tribe's beliefs. A press release says the ban is "unconstitutional."
In response to the lawsuit, the Forest Service agreed to delay implementation of the management plan until May of next year.
